Complete your one-time profile setup to personalize DNA and ensure accurate, compliant recommendations.
Welcome to DNA (Dynamic Needs Analysis). Your first-time login includes a quick, one-time setup to create your Advisor Profile. This profile powers the accuracy of your recommendations, supports compliance, and personalizes your experience throughout the platform.
Follow the steps below after clicking Get Started on the Welcome to DNA screen.
1. Select Your Preferences
Language
Choose the language you want to use in DNA: English, French, or Spanish.
Theme
Select your preferred appearance: Light Mode or Dark Mode.
2. Enter Personal Information (required)
Provide your:

Last Name

Email

Phone Number
These details appear on documents and help keep advisor information consistent across the platform.
3. Enter Practice Information (required)
Add your:

Agency
-
Address
-
City
-
Postal Code
-
Country
-
Province/Territory
This ensures DNA-generated documents and reports display accurate practice information.
4. Add Certifications (optional but recommended)
Select any certifications you hold — for example, LLQP.
Certifications help DNA tailor documents and recommendations to your professional qualifications.
5. Licensed Regions (required)
Choose all provinces or territories where you are licensed to operate.
DNA uses this information to ensure recommendations follow regional regulations.
6. Select Carriers (required)
Identify all carriers whose policies you represent.
DNA will surface products, templates, and recommendations only from carriers you work with, keeping everything compliant and relevant.
7. Finalize Your Profile
Once all required fields are complete, click Create Profile.
Your Advisor Profile is now set up, and you’re ready to begin using DNA’s needs analysis, reporting, and compliance tools.
