This means it is owned by you and your clients, not by DNA.

Client information is never shared, pooled, or visible across different DNA accounts.
Each advisor or organization has its own completely separate and isolated environment.
Your clients’ information stays private to you and your team only.
Helix AI Is Isolated and Private
Helix AI (DNA’s built-in AI engine) operates within your account only and does not use your data to train or improve any external or public global AI models (eg ChatGPT).

Helix AI does not store your data outside your account.

Your client information is never shared with other users or accounts for AI purposes.
Each account has its own private, contained AI experience that works solely with the data you provide.
Your Data Stays in Canada
All DNA servers and data storage systems are located in Canada.
This ensures your information remains protected under Canadian privacy and data-protection laws.
This applies to advisor information, client data, and uploaded documents.
How Your Data Is Used
DNA collects only the information needed for the platform to function. This includes:
